This excellent musical recorder and editor requires a reasonably steep learning curve for those who are not well experienced in this type of software. While there is an extensive Helpfile it assumes a level of knowledge which makes it harder to learn. However, once you start creating musical productions, or editing musical files, the power of this suite becomes apparent.
The user interface is good without being excellent and the overall presentation is very professional.
There are easier to use multitrack recorders, but few free ones which include the power and range of features in Quartz AudioMaster Freeware. While this is the bottom end of the Quartz AudioMaster range (and intended as a teaser for you to purchase the more advanced versions) it is still fully functional and a highly sophisticated piece of musical software.
If you are looking for software to edit or record your musical project then Quartz AudioMaster Freeware is probably the one you will need.
